Seven years after the end of the war in Bosnia, more than 16,000 Bosnians are still classified as missing, according to the International Committee of the Red Cross. The ICRC's "Working Group on Persons Unaccounted For" met for the first time since 1999 last week to discuss progress exhuming and identifying victims' remains as well as how work will go forward.
